Several initiatives are taken to ensure that all members of the team feel a part of the Fusion Foods family and are well taken care of. HR initiatives are evolving and are upgraded to suit the changing requirements of employees at any given point of time.

A look at some employee initiatives

  • To ensure safety and welfare of our employees, all are covered under the company-paid free group insurance policy and Mediclaim policy.
  • When it comes to employment with Fusion, women take priority. As a policy, we keenly look to empowering and prioritising all requirements of women employees.
  • An ICC committee is in constant look out for the safety of our women employees with a comprehensive sexual harassment policy in place.
  • FIRE (Fusion’s Initiative for Reward and Engagement) Program: This motivates people to come up with innovative ideas that improve efficiency and enhance business operations.

  • Buddy Program: Stalwarts in the industry nurture freshers with their knowledge in operations.
  • Emergency Response Reward (ERR): Individuals who have gone the extra mile during emergency situations like floods, cyclones and public bandhs, in ensuring that there are no disruptions in service, are recognised and rewarded.
  • Long Service Award: Employees who have completed five years and more in the company, are recognised and rewarded for their contribution.
  • Birthdays and anniversaries are always celebrated.

Fusion’s Initiative for Reward and Engagement

FIRE is Fusion’s annual employee recognition programme. Our last FIRE took place in December 2017, to recognise and reward employees for their outstanding contribution to the organisation.  It was an event filled with warmth and bonhomie as the employees were fittingly feted and cheered.

Some of the recognitions that were the highlight of the evening were the Long Service Award, the Emergency Response Award (ERR) and FIRE.
