K Sridhar, Managing Director

A management professional, K. Sridhar turned entrepreneur in 1998, with shoe upper manufacturing and export units under the banners of Safari Leather and Safari Exports.

His association with Noodle King, a pioneer in the Chinese food restaurant market – kindled his interest in the food industry.

He began Fusion Food Concepts, to cater to the meal requirements of the IT industry. The company was re-christened Fusion Foods and Catering Pvt. Ltd. in 2008, in order to focus and grow the corporate and industrial catering business.

Today, Sridhar helms Fusion Foods and Catering Pvt. Ltd. with the vision of establishing new frontiers in not just quality standards and service, but also in corporate functioning, standing apart in an industry cluttered with multi-nationals and fragmented local players.

T Raghunandana, Director

T. Raghunandana founded Updater Services (P) Limited, serves as its Managing Director and served as its Chief Architect. He has hands-on experience of more than three decades in the field of facility management services and is a reputed entrepreneur in the Indian services sector.

He conceptualized the business process and delivery models of UDS and is its prime driving force for becoming the most-preferred facility management vendor for MNCs and Indian Blue Chip corporates.

Ranjit Sasidharan, AVP

With over 23 years of experience in the corporate world, having worked for the ITC Group of Hotels, Hindustan Uniliver, Wipro Ltd and Quality Inns Pvt Ltd, Ranjit has a BSc degree in Catering and Hotel Management as well as an MBA.

Ranjit manages and oversees Fusion organisationally with the same elan as he did at his earlier stints.

E Dhayakar, GM, Supply Chain Management

A Chemistry graduate, E. Dhayakar began his career with a two-year stint in the Agro industry. This was followed by his taking charge of Material Management & Stores in the leather industry for seven years, after which he moved into food, beginning his foray in Fusion Foods and Catering Private Limited.

In his stint of over two decades in the food industry, Dhayakar has helped set up and evolve the Supply Chain Management, with processes, checks and balances, for seamless operational excellence.

Rajaram Rajagopal, GM, Operational Excellence

Rajaram Rajagopal is a qualified chef with over two-and-a-half decades of experience in Hospitality/F&B business. He has grown up the ranks with brands like the TAJ Group of Hotels, Qatar Airways, Compass and Sodexo.

Rajaram has functional and operational implementation expertise in F & B management, with a strong track record in the areas of P&L Management, Process Implementation, System Automatization, and Price Structuring.

Rajaram has entrepreneurial leadership experience, having been a founder-promoter and founding member of several start-ups.
