His association with Noodle King, a pioneer in the Chinese food restaurant market – kindled his interest in the food industry.
He began Fusion Food Concepts, to cater to the meal requirements of the IT industry. The company was re-christened Fusion Foods and Catering Pvt. Ltd. in 2008, in order to focus and grow the corporate and industrial catering business.
Today, Sridhar helms Fusion Foods and Catering Pvt. Ltd. with the vision of establishing new frontiers in not just quality standards and service, but also in corporate functioning, standing apart in an industry cluttered with multi-nationals and fragmented local players.
